Morristown West, after suffering a tough one-point loss on Monday, recovered to take a 54-41 win over North Hardin, Ky. Tuesday morning.

The Lady Trojans held the upper hand most of the way, but could not gain any spread on the Kentuckians until the third quarter when they moved from a slender 20-17 lead at the half to a 35-26 lead after three.

Jhaniya Mitchell continued her fine tournament play with 18 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Lady Trojans. Jocelin Murray scored 15.

North Hardin got 13 points from Asia Charles and 10 from Lily White.
